The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that if the phones are produced before the Investigating Officer, the IO will examine the phones and also find out the call details etc., 4. Such view of the matter, let the petitioner produce the so-called mobile phones left by her wife to the police and the police subject them to forensic examination and file further reports, if any to the concerned Court. 5.
