Vide order dated 22.04.2025 this Court directed State counsel to seek progress report in the matter. 4. Today the State counsel has filed the progress report by way of a short counter affidavit. 5. It is contended by State counsel on the basis of short counter affidavit that investigation has been concluded and after investigation, charge sheet has been submitted against respondent nos.3, 4 and 8 while respondent nos.5, 6 and 7 have been exonerated during investigation. 6. In view of the aforesaid submission made by State counsel, nothing remains to be decided in the present writ petition. 7. Accordingly the writ petition is hereby closed.
