This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking quashing of the interim order dated 09.08.2024 in Criminal Misc. Case No. 154 of 2022 (Smt. Preeti and Another vs. Kapil) under Section 125 Cr.P.C., P.S.- Bhopa, District- Muzaffarnagar. 3. Learned counsel of the applicant submits that a detailed reply on 125 Cr.P.C. application has been filed by the applicant herein, however, the Family Court has passed an order of interim maintenance without considering the reply on merits to the opposite parties no.2 and 3. 4. Since, the instant application is against an interim order of maintenance and the proceedings under Section 125 Cr.P.C. are still pending to be decided on merits, in view thereof, this Court do not find any good reason to entertain the instant application at this stage and accordingly the instant application is dismissed.
