In pursuance of the order dated 11.12.2024 today, corpus is present in person before this Court and also demand draft of Rs. 25,000/- has been handed over to her by learned counsel for petitioners. 3. As per the statement recorded by petitioner no. 1 (corpus), there is no specific allegation which has been put-forward through the instant petition has been proved rather petitioner no. 1 (corpus) along with her children is residing separately. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner no. 4 may be given visitation right to meet the corpuses on some specials days. 5. In the light of facts mentioned hereinabove, the petitioner no. 4 is given visitation rights to meet the corpuses, specifically on the date of birthday of their children, on the date of their marriage anniversary as well as prominent Hindu festivals such as Holi, Diwali, Dushehra etc either at their own place or at any other public place such as park/restaurant/mall/temple etc. 6. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of.
