The same also pertain to offences punishable under the provisions of Narcotic Drugs Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. 2. Other than the aforesaid, as per averments made in the present bail petition, one of the accused Sheetal, in FIR No.197/2024 dated 28.08.2024, is stated to have financial transactions with the present bail petitioner.
