By means of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief: " Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of respondent no. 3/Principal Chief Security Commissioner, RPF, North East Railway (NER), Gorakhpur to forward the petitioner's complete service record before the respondent no. 2/Senior Commissioner, RPF, Northern Railway (N.R.), Badgam, Kashmir Valley for the further processing of Old Pension Scheme (OPS) forthwith." Sri R.S.Singh, learned counsel for the respondent has obtained instructions in the matter and place the same before this Court, which are taken on record, copy whereof is also supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner. As per instructions, it transpires that records have already been forwarded on 20th February, 2025 and decision is likely to be taken by respondent no. 2 in the matter for grievance of the petitioner. In view of above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to respondent no. 2, to do needful in the matter within maximum period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
