Hon'ble Prashant Kumar,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents. 2. Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 01-12-2024 registered as Case Crime No.0781 of 2024, under Sections 308(4), 61, 221, 318, 121(1), 308(6), 308(7), 352, 351(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Sections 67 and 72 of I.T.
