Hon'ble Nalin Kumar Srivastava,J. 1. This application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to direct the court concerned to decide the Criminal Misc. Case No.513 of 2022 (Saba Hashmi Vs. Firoz Ahmad) under Section 125 CrPC, Police Station Kotwali, District Ghazipur pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghazipur, expeditiously within a stipulated period. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is the wife of opposite party no.2 and is aggrieved lady. For the last about two years, the maintenance case is pending before the court on account of delaying tactics of the opposite party no.2. After many efforts of the court, the opposite party no.2 appeared and filed written statement. It is further submitted that the opposite party no.2 is not cooperating with the proceeding of the case. It is further submitted that the applicant is a poor lady. She is not getting any interim maintenance. Hence, a prayer has been made to issue direction to the court concerned for expeditious disposal of the case. 4. I have considered the submissions and perused the entire record. 5. It reveals from the perusal of the order sheets that this is a matter under Section 125 CrPC and the applicant before this Court is the aggrieved wife. The matter is pending for since 2022. 6. In the circumstances, the Court concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law within six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order before it, if there is no legal impediment. It is further directed that no unnecessary adjournment will be sought/granted. 7. With the above observations, the application stands disposed of.
