An impleadment application has been filed on behalf of Shyamveer, Jagveer, Ajab Singh, Satveer Singh and Smt. Anguri. 2. The following prayers have been made in the instant petition:- "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authority to forthwith release 448 attached flats of Hi-Tech Township Project at Ghaziabad scheme by accepting the bank guarantee in security for the alleged demanded amount of interest; ii. In alternative, issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authority to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 30.11.2024 (Annexure No. 35 to the writ petition) within a stipulated time as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Sri Anoop Trivedi, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner, after making brief submissions, prays for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate relief in pending Writ - C No. 19899 of 2018. 4.
