Act Police Station Kotwali Orai District Jalaun pending before him. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that despite the fact that the proceedings are pending but the same has not given a logical end. 4. Learned AGA has no objection to the same. 5. Considering the submission raised at bar, the application stands disposed of requiring the court below to expedite the proceedings and to decide the same in terms of sub-section (3) of Section 143 of the NI Act subject to legal impediment, if any.
