The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of respondent No.2 in freezing the bank account of the petitioner, account No.50200075300456. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the disputed amount or the alleged amount involved in the crime under investigation by respondent No.2 is Rs.13,00,000/-, and the lien of Rs. Rs.4,00,000/- was already marked by the Cyber Police Department in relation to the alleged disputed transaction. 3. It is submitted that the disputed transactions have already lien-marked by other police stations, and these liens are subsisting. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the freezing of bank account beyond the amounts involved in the alleged disputed transactions is causing hindrance to the day-to-day affairs of the company, as its accounts have been closed. It is submitted that the respondent No.2 can issue appropriate instructions to the respondent No.3 to defreeze the bank account, retaining the lien for the disputed transaction of Rs.4,00,000/-. 5. Heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 6. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the respondent no.2 is hereby 3 HN, J W.P.No.6641_2025 directed to issue appropriate communication to respondent No.3 to defreeze the account of the petitioner bearing account No.50200075300456, after holding the lien for the amount of Rs.4,00,000/-, which is already subsisting. The petitioner would then be able to operate the bank account, apart from the amount marked as lien in the said account. 7. With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs.
