Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. Present petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 16.07.2024 passed by respondent No. 3. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner was issued show cause notice dated 10.10.2023 to which he submitted detailed reply dated 20.11.2023, upon which impugned order has been passed only on the ground that petitioner could not produce relevant evidence. He firmly submitted that reply filed by the petitioner is a detailed reply, but the same has not been considered and impugned order is having no reasons as to why the reply of petitioner may not be accepted and which relevant evidence has not been produced. Therefore, impugned order dated 16.07.2024 is bad and liable to be set aside. 4. Learned Standing Counsel could not dispute the aforesaid facts from the record. 5. I have considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and perused show cause notice as well as impugned order. 6. The impugned order dated 16.07.2024 is containing no reason, therefore, impugned order is bad and is hereby set aside. 7. Writ petition is allowed. 8. However, liberty is given to respondent No. 3 to pass fresh reasoned order after considering the reply of petitioner dated 20.11.2023.
