This petition has been filed with the prayer to direct the respondents to provide due protection to petitioner's life and property and to ensure that no harm is caused to them by respondent nos.5 to 14. From the facts placed on record there appears to exist private dispute between petitioner's family and private respondent nos.4 to 14 regarding immovable property. In the facts of the case, remedy of the petitioner would be to approach civil court or to approach Magistrate for registering F.I.R. if an offence is attributed to the private respondents. Leaving it open for the petitioner to pursue appropriate remedy before the concerned forum, this petition is consigned to records.
