Land Revenue Code, 1959 3 and that remedy has not been exhausted by the petitioners. 2) At this stage, Mr. Dansena seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a duly constituted revision before Board of Revenue. 3) Permission granted. 4) Consequently, this petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
