JUSTICE MICHAEL ZOTHANKHUMA ORDER 28.04.2025 1. Heard Mr. M.J. Quadir, learned counsel for the applicant, who submits that the order dated 27.03.2025 dismissing the WP(C) 1188/2024 for non- prosecution should be recalled, inasmuch as, the applicant’s counsel could not appear in Court on the said date on time, due to traffic jam that had occurred in the 6th Mile area of Guwahati, due to construction of a flyover. 2. Mr. T. Thakuria, learned counsel for the Secondary Education Department submits that he has no objection to the application being allowed. 3. On considering the stand taken by the applicant’s counsel that he could not appear in Court in time due to a traffic jam, this Court does not find any reason not to allow the application. Accordingly, the order dated 27.03.2025 dismissing the WP(C) 1188/2024 for non-prosecution is hereby recalled. The writ petition be restored to file. List the WP(C) 1188/2024 after 1 (one) week. 4.
