Petitioner has approached this Court at a belated stage to claim Death-Cum-Retirement Gratuity in her favour since her husband has died on 20.5.2021. However, still considering that relevant documents have been forwarded by the Committee of Management of concerned College to the DIOS, Bareilly i.e. respondent no.5, therefore, it be directed that he will forward it to the competent authority who will take a reasoned decision on the claim of the petitioner in accordance with law within a short period taking note of legal position on the issue. 3.
