Learned State Counsel submits that after investigation, petitioner no.2-Shahban, petitioner no.3-Asif and petitioner no.4-Saista have been exonerated while petitioner no.1-Shahnaj along with other co-accused, namely, Sufiyan (who is not petitioner in the present petition) have been charge-sheeted vide charge-sheet dated 08.02.2022. 5. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, nothing remains to be decided in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. 6.
