Petitioner is serving as Junior Basic Trained Teacher at GPS Kanfara, E/B Shri Naina Devi Ji, District Bilaspur, H.P. Her grievance is that her representation 02.02.2025 (Annexure P-2), preferred by her, seeking inter- district transfer under 5% quota, in terms of notification 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - dated 20.11.2021, has not been decided by the respondents/Competent Authority, as yet. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2 /Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner for inter-district transfer, in accordance with law and as per applicable transfer policy within a period of six weeks from today.
