Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent no.4/District Agriculture Officer, District- Sambhal should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioner dated December 2, 2024. 4. Accordingly, the respondent no.4/District Agriculture Officer, District- Sambhal is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioner dated December 2, 2024 within a period of six weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 5.
