JUSTICE MAHENDAR KUMAR GOYAL Order 23/04/2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since, she was permitted to continue as "Anganwadi Karyakarta" during pendency of the writ petition despite the order dated 18.10.2000 and she has already attained the age of superannuation, this writ petition may be disposed of in terms that no recovery of the honorarium already paid to her would be recovered. Learned counsel for the respondents does not oppose the prayer. In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of in terms that the honorarium already paid to the petitioner shall not be recovered.
