Perused the material on record. Learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that respondent Police did not take any action on the representation of the Petitioners so far and appropriate orders may be passed by disposing of this Writ Petition. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on instructions would submit that respondent Police are taking steps in the matter and this Writ Petition may be disposed of by passing appropriate orders. In the light of the submissions made, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Respondent Police are directed to complete the investigation and file final report expeditiously by following due process of law. No order as to costs.
