This is a bail application U/S.483 of BNSS by the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Bhubaneswar GRP PS Case No.91 of 2024 corresponding to CT Case No.662 of 2024 pending in the file of learned District & Sessions Judge, Bhubaneswar for commission of offences punishable U/Ss.302 of IPC, on the main allegation of pelting stone at the train which hit one person travelling in the train resulting in his death. 3. Heard Ms. Madhumita Panda, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. M.R. Patra, learned Addl. PP in the matter and perused the record. 4. After having considered the rival submissions and taking into consideration the nature and gravity of the offence as alleged against the petitioner vis-à-vis the accusation sought to be brought against him and p. 2 regard being had to the materials collected in support of the allegation against the petitioner and there being allegation against the petitioner for pelting stone at the train which allegedly hit the deceased resulting in his death and keeping in view the other circumstance on record, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. 5. Hence, the bail application of the petitioner stands rejected. Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of. A soft copy of the order be immediately communicated to the learned trial Court. (G.
