The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking quashing of the order dated 20.03.2023 passed in Complaint Case No. 223 of 2020 (Smt. Farhat Jahan vs. Salman) under Section 125 Cr.P.C. as well as the order dated 24.07.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Case No. 753 of 2023 (Smt. Farhat Jahan vs. Salman) under Section 125(3) of Cr.P.C., Police Station- Naugawan Sadat, District-Amroha. 3. The applicant and the opposite party no. 2 are husband and wife. The opposite party no. 2 filed an application under Section 125 Cr.P.c. seeking maintenance from the applicant. The trial court after hearing the parties allowed the said application vide impugned order dated 20.3.2023 awarding a sum of Rs. 3,000/- per month as maintenance to the opposite party no. 2 from the date of application i.e. 15.07.2020. 4. Looking at the meagre amount awarded by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Amroha to the opposite party no. 2, this Court do not find any good reason to interfere with the impugned order. 5.
