The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant with the prayer to quash the order dated 29.11.2024 passed by Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Varanasi in S.T. No.24 of 2005 (State Vs. Savitri Devi), u/s 323, 504, 325 IPC, P.S. Sarnath, District Varanasi and further to stay the further proceedings of the aforesaid case during the pendency of the present application. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant after arguments at length states that the present application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. be dismissed as withdrawn as he shall be taking up the issue in trial at the appropriate stage. 7. Prayer as prayed is allowed. 8. The present application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. (Samit Gopal, J.)
