Mr. Chandra Kant Singh, learned counsel for the appellant, Mr. Yogendra Prasad, learned counsel for the Respondents alongwith Mr. Rajeev Ranjan Pandey, Assistant Manager, National Insurance Company Ltd. are present. 3. It has been informed by the parties that the Insurance company has already paid the amount award of Rs. 7,39,000/- with 7% interest per annum passed by the learned Tribunal, which has been received by the client. 4. When the matter is called out before the National Lok Adalat both the learned counsel for the appellant as well as learned counsel for the Insurance Company and the Representatives of the Insurance Company namely Mr. Rajeev Ranjan Pandey, have agreed to settle the case on further payment of Rs. 1,00,000/- to the Appellant towards the full and final settlement of this Appeal. 5. Thus, this M.A. No.161 of 2020 is allowed as final settlement of enhancement of further compensation of the Rs.1,00,000/- (Rs.One Lakh) within 45 days as agreed between the parties. -1- 6. Thus the M.A. No.161 of 2020 stands disposed of in terms of settlement. 7. The parties are informed that the Court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded. ( Sanjay Prasad , J.)
