JUSTICE SUNIL DUTTA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 2 24-11-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. This Cr. Misc. petition has been filed to cancel the bail of the O.P. Nos. 2, 3 & 4 which was granted by learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-V, Siwan vide order dated 04.04.2024 in A.B.P. No. 331 of 2024, arising out of Complaint Case No. 236 of 2023. 3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42369 of 2024(2) dt.24-11-2025 2/2 direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial. 4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner. 5.
