3. By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following relief:-
“(i) That writ of mandamus may kindly be issued directing the Respondent No.2 & 3 to decide the complaint dated 25.06.2024 (Annexure P-1) filed by the petitioner within a time bound manner.”
4. Without making any observation on the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with the direction that if indeed any representation/complaint has been filed by the petitioner to respondents No.2 & 3, then let an appropriate call be taken thereupon by the said Authorities, in accordance of law, within a period of eight weeks from today, by adhering to the principals of natural justice. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
