Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has taken an objection that contesting respondent Nos. 4 and 5 are dead and therefore, this petition cannot be heard. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh writ petition after impleading the legal heirs of the deceased- respondents. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 4. Office is directed to return the certified copies of the documents annexed with the petition to learned counsel for the petitioners after retaining photocopy of the same on record. 5.
