Heard Sri Prabhakar Awasthi, learned counsel for petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for State. 2. It appears that D.I.O.S. Meerut is sleeping over a proposal dated 29.01.2023 forwarded on 30.01.2023 to concerned D.I.O.S. by petitioner institution for grant of approval of removal of respondent-3, however, till date it has not been considered. 3. Learned Additional C.S.C. submits that in case such proposal is pending for approval, concerned State- respondent will take a decision and will decide the proposal expeditiously. 4. In aforesaid circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that in case, no decision is taken within a week by the D.I.O.S., Meerut, the Principal Secretary, Secondary Education, Lucknow will issue a show cause notice to D.I.O.S. concerned. 5. A copy of this order be supplied to respondent-1 who will file a compliance report through Registrar General and a its copy will be placed on record. 6. Registrar (Compliance) to take steps.
