Present writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to respondent no.2-Naib Tehsildar, Tehsil Tamkuhiraj, District Kushinagar, to decide Case No.07941/2019 (Computerized Case No.T201905440307941 dated 01.07.2015 (Smt. Savitri Devi Vs. Smt. Nirpatiya Devi) under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within stipulated time. 4. The order-sheet of the case, a copy whereof has been appended to the writ petition, indicates that although several dates have been fixed in the case, but for some reason or the other, matter has been adjourned. The delay in disposal of the case is stated to be causing hardship to the petitioners. 5. Having regard to the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of, with an observation that respondent no.2-Naib Tehsildar, Tehsil Tamkuhiraj, District Kushinagar, would make an endeavor to conclude the proceedings of the case, which is stated to be pending before it, preferably within a period of three months, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, provided there is no other legal impediment.
