This application has been filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for releasing the petitioner Asar Uddin on regular bail, who is facing trial in Special (NDPS) Case No.135/2023 pending in the court of the learned Sessions Judge, Karimganj. Page No.# 2/2 3. In this case, the charge is yet to be framed. The prosecution allegation is that 992 grams of heroine were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4. Let the learned trial court frame the charges and examine at least two witnesses. 5. Thereafter, the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach this Court again for seeking bail.
