Writ Petition No.5102 of 2025 respondent to measure the property of the petitioner with the help of the fourth respondent and to demarcate the same by fixing the stone on all corners of the petitioner's property in vacant land bearing Old S.No.813 and New S.No.499, measuring about Acre 1.46 cents and Old S.No.814A, New S.No.498, measuring about Acre 4.68 cents and totally admeasuring about Acre 6.14 cents in Kundadam Village, Dharapuram Taluk, Registration District of Thiruppur and Sub-Registration District of Dharapuram and to issue a sub-division patta for her property. When the matter came up for hearing on 19.02.2025, this Court passed the following order:

Writ Petition No.5102 of 2025 entire civil proceedings are over and the possession has also been taken and therefore, there can be no objection for conducting the survey in the subject property for fixing the boundaries. 3. Learned Special Government Pleader seeks for some time to take instructions. Post this writ petition at the end of the motion list on 26.02.2025."
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the survey is going to be conducted on 04.03.2025.
In view of the same, the third respondent shall proceed further with the survey and if required, police protection shall also be sought for if there is any disruption in conducting the survey. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction.
