It has been submitted by learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 that the instant criminal revision is not maintainable as there is an alternative remedy against the order impugned to prefer an Appeal u/s 29 of the Domestic Violence Act. It has also been submitted that the order impugned has already been challenged by the revisionist through Application U/S 482 Cr.P.C. No. 2026 of 2024 (Braham Prakash and 6 Others Vs. State of U.P. and 2 Others) which has already been dismissed. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the revision is not maintainable and is accordingly, dismissed.
