The said order has already been challenged in Application U/S 482 Cr.P.C. No. 15483 of 2024 (Gaurav Dubey Vs. State of U.P. and Another) and vide order dated 10.01.2024 has already been disposed of. Considering the aforesaid, the present criminal revision is not maintainable and is accordingly, dismissed.
