Present writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to respondent no.2, to decide Case No.960/T-2012159392 (Meera Devi vs. Kanti Singh) under Section 33/34 of the U P Revenue Code, 2006, within the stipulated period of time. 4. The order-sheet and the question-answer obtained from the court concerned, copies whereof have been appended to the writ petition, indicate that although several dates have been fixed in the case, but for some reason or the other, matter has been adjourned. The delay in disposal of the case is stated to be causing hardship to the petitioner. 5. Having regard to the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of, with an observation that the court/authority concerned would make an endeavor to conclude the proceedings of the case, which is stated to be pending before it, preferably within a period of three months, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, provided there is no other legal impediment.
