Goswami, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam, who submits that charge sheet has been laid in this case bearing charge sheet No. 84/2025 dated 30.04.2025. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was granted interim anticipatory bail by this Court, by order dated 23.04.2025 and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, he has appeared before the Investigating Officer on 27.04.2025 and has co- operated in the investigation. 3. In view of the fact that the petitioner has co-operated in the investigation, the interim bail granted to the petitioner, by order dated 23.04.2025 is hereby made absolute, subject to the condition that he shall co-operate in the trial and shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to the victim or to any other person who may be acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade such person from disclosing such facts before the Trial Court during the trial. 4.
