This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer; "Issue a writ, order or direction in nature of mandamus directing the respondent concern to take final decision in pursuance of proposal dated 07.03.2024 relating to allotment proceedings of agricultural land in favour petitioner in Village- Sakatpur Tehsil- Etah District-Etah within stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble court." 2. It is contended that Land Management Committee has passed a resolution to allot the agricultural land in favour of petitioner and the said resolution has been sent to Sub Divisional Officer for approval, which is pending consideration since the year 2024. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or issuing notice to the private respondents, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction upon respondent No. 3 to take a final call upon the resolution of Gaon Sabha dated 7.3.2024, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
