He made a complaint against the respondent no.5 namely Arvind Kumar Ex-Gram Pradhan of the village before the authorities. On the basis of aforesaid respondent no.4 namely Project Director of District Rural Development Agency, District Shamli was appointed as Enquiry Officer to conduct the enquiry. 2. When the matter was taken up on 19.02.2025 it was informed by the learned Standing Counsel that the enquiry is still going on. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 4. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage itself. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.4 to conclude the enquiry, if the same has not been concluded as yet and submit a report before the District Magistrate, Shamli within a period of three weeks, thereafter. If it is so the District Magistrate will also take a decision in the matter expeditiously.
