Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 7(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27761 of 2024, dated 06.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Vellore on 05.02.2025, thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Magistrate concerned. 4.
