The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant Santosh Kumar Yadav with the prayers to quash the charge sheet dated 09.07.2019 as well as cognizance order dated 12.07.2019 along with entire criminal proceeding of Case No. 3738 of 2019 (State Vs. Santosh Kumar Yadav) arising out of Case Crime No. 72 of 2019, under Sections 356, 376, 411 IPC, P.S. Sujanganj, District Jaunpur, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate-I, Court No. 17, Jaunpur and also quash the NBW dated 31.07.2019 and with a further prayer to stay the further proceedings of the aforesaid case, during the pendency of the present application. 4. At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. be dismissed as not pressed. 5. Prayer is allowed. 6.
