Petitioner took a loan, however, he could not repay the loan in time, therefore, Bank has now initiated steps for recovery of the amount. 4. Petitioner earlier filed WPMS No. 2968 of 2024, which was disposed of with liberty to him to approach the Competent Authority in the Bank with a proposal for one time settlement. 5. The proposal submitted by petitioner for one time settlement has been rejected. Petitioner has again filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the Competent Authority to take decision on his representation. 6. Since petitioner is a borrower and he is under a liability to repay the loan, therefore, this Court does not find any reason to interfere in the matter. 7. Accordingly, the writ petition fails and is dismissed.
