The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant Ankur Jain with the prayers to allow the application by directing respondent no.2 to investigate the case which has registered as case crime no. 0761 of 2021 dated 23.11.2021 under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 409, 120-B IPC, P.S. Kotwali, District Mathura and conclude the investigation which is presently pending before the Police Station Chhata, District Mathura in accordance with law expeditiously. 4. At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the investigation in the matter has concluded and a police report has been submitted by the Investigating Agency and as such the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has become infructuous and be dismissed as such. 5.
