The instant Writ Petition has been filed for direction upon the Respondent No.3- Additional Collector, Dhanbad cum Arbitrator to dispose of Arbitration Case No.45 of 2020 which has been filed in terms of Section 3 G of the National Highway Act, 1956. 2. In view of the fact that the prayer is confined to disposal of the pending case before the Respondent No.3- Additional Collector, Dhanbad cum Arbitrator, as such, the facts of the case are not being discussed. 3. Accordingly, Respondent No.3- Additional Collector, Dhanbad cum Arbitrator is directed to dispose of the pending case being Arbitration Case No.45 of 2020 within six weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order. 4.
