Petitioner has set up a case that his claim for compassionate appointment be considered even after 14 years (petitioner's father died on 14.10.2011) and petitioner became major in the year 2018. 2. According to writ petition, after 2018, petitioner has approached concerned respondents for considering his claim for compassionate appointment, however, till date it has not been considered. 3. Sri Santosh Kumar, learned Standing Counsel submits that claim of petitioner will be considered, if already not considered, after taking note of above referred facts as well as judgment passed by Supreme Court in State of West Bengal vs. Debabrata Tiwari and others, 2023 SCC Online SC 219 so far as object of compassionate appointment is concerned. 4. In view of above, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that claim of petitioner for compassionate appointment will be considered in accordance with law after taking note of facts as well as judgment of State of West Bengal vs. Debabrata Tiwari (supra).
