Present writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to respondent no.2-Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil-Soraon, District Prayagraj, to decide Case No.7037/2024, Computer Case No.T202402030307037 (Ram Deen vs. Ram Ji and others) under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, situated in Mauja- Singraur Uparhar, Pargana-Nawabganj, Tehsil-Soraon, District Prayagraj, within stipulated time. 4. The order-sheet of the case, a copy whereof has been appended to the writ petition, indicates that although several dates have been fixed in the case, but for some reason or the other, matter has been adjourned. The delay in disposal of the case is stated to be causing hardship to the petitioner. 5. Having regard to the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of, with an observation that respondent no.2-Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil-Soraon, District Prayagraj would make an endeavor to conclude the proceedings of the case, which is stated to be pending before it, preferably within a period of six months, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, provided there is no other legal impediment.
