Under such circumstances, the application is disposed of with a direction to the Court of Tehsildar, Fatehpur to decide the Suit No. 6925 of 2022 (Udaiveer and Others Vs. Visheshar and Gram Sabha), under Section 34/35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 at the earliest, if possible, within three months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order after providing opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned 4. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merits. It is upon the Court of Tehsildar concerned to pass order after considering the relevant Rules as well as facts of the case.
