The defendants 1 and 7 seek an early disposal of the said suit. 2.The B diary extract would indicate that the suit had been posted in the list as early as 01.03.2018 and has been periodically adjourned. Thereafter, the 8th defendant had died and for taking steps in this regard, the matter had been pending since 29.06.2022. The interlocutory application for bringing on record the LR's had been allowed and it is being listed under caption for amendment since 19.12.2023. The Presiding Officer has not taken effective steps to ensure the amendment is carried out in the suit filed in the year 2015. The suit has been filed for declaration and for permanent injunction. If the plaintiff is not coming forward to amend the plaint then the Presiding Officer shall take steps to ensure compliance.
