Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The writ petition has been filed with the following prayer "i. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondent no. 02 to decide the Complaint Case No.95 of 2017 (Dhanari Vs. Sri Ram General Insurance Co. Ltd.), within a shot span of time as may fix by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Perusal of order sheet of the Permanent Lok Adalat would demonstrate that on various dates, Advocates were on strike. Strike by Advocates has been prohibited by the Supreme Court. Lawyers are not honouring the order of the Supreme Court. 4. In view of aforesaid, no direction for expedite can be granted. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. 6. However, if the petitioner withdraws the Vakalatnama of counsel appearing before Permanent Lok Adalat and appears in person, Permanent Lok Adalat may proceed with the case and decide the issue without any delay.
