By means of the present criminal writ petition, petitioners have challenged the FIR No.958 of 2021 dated 27.10.2021, for the offences punishable under Sections 366, 344, 376, 370, 377, 452, 504 and 506 of IPC, registered with P.S. Manglaur, District Haridwar. 4. It is informed by the learned State Counsel that after investigation, petitioner No.1-Manga and petitioner No.2-Rahul have been exonerated of the charges, while petitioner No.3-Karmaveer has been chargsheeted by the police on 05.01.2022, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition and it has become infructuous. 5. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is open to chargesheeted petitioner to challenge the charge- sheet in appropriate proceedings, before the appropriate forum. 6. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
