Present writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to respondent no.2, to decide Case No.529/T202115090302143 (Mathura vs. Smt. Phool Patti) under Section 209 (h) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within stipulated time period. 4. The restoration/recall application is stated to have been filed seeking recall of the order dated 31.10.2020 passed in the proceedings under Section 34/35 of the UP Revenue Code, 2006. A copy of the order-sheet of the case has been appended to the writ petition, which indicates that although several dates have been fixed in the case, but for some reason or the other, matter has been adjourned. The delay in disposal of the case is stated to be causing hardship to the petitioner. 5. Having regard to the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of, with an observation that respondent no.2-Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil Ballia, District Ballia, would make an endeavor to conclude the proceedings of the case, which is stated to be pending before it, preferably within a period of three months, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, provided there is no other legal impediment.
